Hobbies: Sketching, painting, reading, playing with Play-Doh, playing different string instruments, volunteering for community service activities.
Why you love UCI: UCI has opportunities for everyone with any interest to get involved, have fun, learn, and succeed. I love the fact that every single person I have come across is ready and willing to help anyone.
What you recommend doing the most: I definitely recommend doing research while you are here because it completely changes your perspective on real life and people. Also, please get involved on campus. You will not regret it.

Why you love UCI: I love that UCI is such a hidden treasure - we have a beautiful campus with beautiful people!
What you recommend doing the most: Keep your eyes peeled! There's so much to do at UCI that you just might miss out on something new!

Extracurricular activities: I have been a notetaker for the Disability Services Center several times, volunteered on campus and through campus organizations, and worked in housing. I will be a discussion leader for University Studies 2, peer academic advisor for Undecided/Undeclared and a Community Assistant at VDC Norte this year.
Hobbies: I like to paint or anything art related, I talk too much, hanging out is always an option, of course listening to music, and lots more.
Why you love UCI: UCI is a great place to learn who you are, what you want in life and then to go after it. It is also very simple to get involved in something you like.
What you recommend doing the most: Find something that you enjoy doing with people you want to get to know. Get involved as soon as you can. College is all what you make of it, so try new things.

Why you love UCI: The campus is beautiful and in a great location. We have Aldrich Park! There are also many resources to take advantage of, and the classes are fun.
What you recommend doing the most: Get to know your professors and go to their office hours. Take advantage of the resources the University offers. If you don't know what the University offers, ask a peer advisor or a discussion leader! In addition, don't forget to study hard, get involved, and have fun! College is what you make of it, so make it great!

Why you love UCI: It's an amazing school. The campus gorgeous, the classes are fun, and the other students are great. Here you can do anything if you set your mind to it.
What you recommend doing the most: The most important thing is to get involved so that you'll get to know the school better, make great friends, and have fun. College is what you make of it, and you only have four short years. Have fun with your friends, but make sure not to ignore your studies.
